I could not have asked for a better agent than Court. Buying our first house was quite intimidating, especially in such a competitive market. Court made us feel at ease and was able to answer even our most naive or niche questions. Court quickly understood what we were looking for and was a joy to spend Saturday mornings touring homes with. Court was patient with us as we looked at many, many houses and was an excellent advocate for us, ensuring we ended up in the perfect spot! I would recommend Court to anyone and everyone. I have purchased homes in the past, this is one of the best experience I have had. Greg is very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. We never had to wait on him, and he always scheduled ahead to make sure there were no other potential buyers present. Cutler's website has improved over the years. They have made it a more simpler way to shop for a home. We plan on making this our "forever home". We will definitely refer Greg P. and Cutler to our friends and family.
